Sr High Winter Weekend

Needing to spend time with The Coach and study the Playbook? Missing your fellow teammates from the summer? Then come away once again to Inspiration Point and be encouraged by a dug-out full of summer staff and a packed house of other Senior Highers! Whether you’re one who can’t get here often enough or this will be your first time, you don’t want to miss this. Amidst the dodgeball, cross-country skiing, carpetball, and broomball, we hope you’ll find yourself encouraged by the messages and uplifted by the praise and worship times. Make plans now to join us for a much needed getaway to The Point since this weekend fills fast. | |  What is worship? How does God define it? What does it look like in our everyday lives? These are the questions over 200 senior high students, and youth leaders took a biblical approach to answering at the annual Senior High retreat. Andrew Foss, a third year seminary student and youth leader in Erhard, MN, taught what it means to be the ones the Father is seeking, what a posture of worship looks like, what the cost of worship may be, and the need to know God intimately in order to fully worship Him.. The truth was penetrating, convicting, and encouraging to all those attending as they seek to worship God in a way that is honoring to Him. Hearts were changed and instructed in a way that directs God’s followers closer to Him. In addition to the teaching times, the weekend was also filled with games of broomball, carpetball, and snow football, fellowship, cross–country skiing, loads of laughter, great food, and the famous volleyball tournament.
We are thankful for the way God moved mightily in hearts of His children and look forward to having these Senior Highers back at camp again this summer.
