Kristin Christenson
Executive Assistant/Guest Ministries Director

Kristin Christenson joined the year-round staff of Inspiration Point in October of 2006 as the Office Manager, before moving into the role of Executive Assistant and Director of Guest Ministries. After serving at The Point as a summer counselor in 2003 and 2004, she left the Midwest to work in Washington, D.C. for Iowa Congressman Jim Leach. She couldn't stay away for too long, however, and now her hope of being able to work at camp full-time has arrived. She attended the University of Iowa and majored in Political Science and Communications, where she was active with political causes on campus.

Kristin is a native Iowan, and a proud Iowa Hawkeye fan. She can be found most Saturdays in the fall cheering on her beloved team. When she's not rooting for the Hawks, Kristin enjoys cooking, scrapbooking, working with the high school youth at her church and playing board games with friends. She and her husband, Josh, live in Fergus Falls. Kristin’s favorite thing about her job is being a part of something that has an eternal impact.
